Very helpful receptionist Lily, a good English speaker, very friendly and purchase on our behalf all entrance tickets to the scenery sites in the area, as well as helping us with transport facilities. The room was very big with nice view.

We are very pleased to have come across this hotel. A huge thank you to all the staff especially Hu who showed great care and kindness and was very helpful to us. ☺️ The hotel is ideally located with a beautiful view of the park and beautiful rooms where you can sip delicious Chinese tea. In addition, the hotel offers delicious local dishes prepared by chefs who are clearly masters of their craft. ☺️ All staff very smiling Friendly and very positive towards their guests . Clean spacious rooms with a beautiful view of the national park. ☺️ The hotel staff and the owners will not receive five stars from us but with full responsibility we award six stars 👍🏼☺️. Finally, we would like to add a small detail that even though we didn't have our flight until around midnight, we were able to stay at the hotel and relax in nature with beautiful views of the park. Everything was lovely, the rooms were clean and big and really warm (we visited in winter), the location of the place is super convenient and they offered a free shuttle to the entrance of the park & to the bus station, the breakfast was delicious, as well as the dinner, and Rebecca was incredibly kind, accommodating and helpful! They also offer tickets and tours to the attractions in the area!

The atmosphere is good and calm, Ming his service is exceptional and always ready to help. He helped us to book the tickets to the mountains and tianmen and is extremely helpful and very knowledgeable and his English is good which is rare to find in China. Would definitely come back and visit and stay in this guesthouse.
