If you are looking for a home-away-from-home in a quiet area, this is the place to come in busy Chongqing. My room was absolutely delightful, with a private garden balcony under trees. Everything was so clean and inviting, and the shower was the best ever. I woke to the sound of birds and cicadas. The manager, Lucky was wonderful and spoke excellent English. She welcome messaged me on WeChat before I arrived and sent me a list of attractions I should visit in and around Chongqing. A highlight was seeing the amazing theatre production called 1949 in Ciqikou Ancient Town on her recommendation. As I was in Chongqing for less than 2 days, I didn't have time to enjoy a tea ceremony with Lucky. Next time, when I visit again Lucky. The location is close to Ciqikou and easy to reach the Chongqing West railway station when I was leaving. Breakfast was a delightful mix of Chinese with a little bit of international and the staff were all friendly and helpful. If I could give this a 10+ rating, I would.

We travel from thailand with 6 peoples and our group have 2 elderly ( 70 years old which never been to china and not easy with Chinese food ) Also we cannot speak Chinese. But would like to experience a beauty of Chongqing scenery. We have been looking for a property that fit us. Until we found this hotel and very impressed with services and care from all staff especially Ms. Rebecca, with her attentive services mind. It mades our trip more smooth and easy. Nice location if you want to be at somewhere a bit outside the city. The metro is also very handy via the mall itself. The breakfast is nice as you can order either noodle or wanton. The room is also quite spacious. The free clean and drying services are really helpful.

Everything about the hotel was perfect. The location was convenient, with access to restaurants and shops and easy access to taxis. The staff could not have been better. They went well above and beyond to help with every need and every question asked. The friendliness of everyone was unsurpassed. A full breakfast with fresh fruit and cooked to order eggs as well as a selection of teas gave a pleasant start to the day. Last, I want to mention the quiet, individual terraces, comfortable bed, oversized shower, climate control, free laundry and maid service.
