Manuel Antonio park is 2 min walk to the left and you can sit on the balcony and watch people go in and out. The apartment is functional and practical but not a cosy place. You have everything you need and I loved the balcony. This part of the Manuel Antonio accommodation stretch is very small so pretty quiet after the park visitors leave and not as touristy, as hotels are rather small.
