I go to Sal sometimes and it's one of the best if not the best place i stayed in Espargos! Clean and comfortable space. Quiet place and you have lots of restaurants, bars, etc around the area...you can go by walking and it's near! Really good host as well!

This is the perfect place to stay if you want to get to know the real Sal and its people. The owners went above and beyond to make me feel not only welcome, but truly at home. The room was super comfy, and the food was always delicious (be sure to try one of Candida's secret recipes for dinner, if you get the chance). I was provided with all the help and advice I needed in order to explore the island, and Candida and Martin personally took me to places that only local people know about. If, like me, you prefer a quiet, remote beach over those crowed, touristy ones: there's a small one just a short bicycle ride away – although I usually opted for a walk through to beautiful steppe landscape to get there. If you prefer spending your days with the other tourists down in the south of the island: Santa Maria beach is only 20 minutes by bus – which may sound complicated at first, but is actually super fun and convenient (and it only costs 1 Euro). I could go on praising this place for two weeks (which is actually the amount of time I stayed), but I'll just stop here – not without saying: Thank you, Candida & Martin, for the wonderful time at kleine schweiz! Room was clean and comfortable, staff was very friendly and super helpful, it is close to the airport and only 5min walk to were the aluguers are stationed (25mins to Sta Maria is 100esc) and Palmeira is about 10mins drive

Perfect location next to stunning and quiet beaches. With a shared pool, restaurant/bar, and small shop all within a couple of minutes walk. The apartment was well furnished with everything you would need including aircon, a hammock on the balcony, and although it wasn't mentioned on the listing when we booked, there is wifi that works well. The check-in and check-out process was simple and straightforward, and the host very friendly and quick to reply to messages. Everything was perfect, and I would highly reccomend this apartment for people visiting Cape Verde :)
