Beautifull, very comfortable apartment, with a spacious bathroom and terrace. Well equipped kitchen, bathroom, comfortable beds. Our private terrace was overlooking a street and a garage on the other side, but we used the shared terrace on the other side a lot, looking towards lovely orchard and mountain side. Conveniently located very close to an adventure park and walking distance from old Kakopetria. Kakopetria in general is a beautifull place, most unexpectedly :)

The accommodation was just perfect for us. We stayed for four nights and used it as a base to explore the local region. Our host was wonderful, very friendly and even gave us a guided tour of the town and its facilities. She has provided everything that you could need for a comfortable and relaxing stay. The accommodation is a traditional stone cottage with flagged floors and terrace areas outside for chilling out. The kitchen has everything that you need if you want to self cater. There are plenty of restaurants in town if you prefer to eat out. Parking is not a problem on the street below the cottage and there is a good shop a few metres up the road if you need supplies. It was super quiet.

The complex is composed from varied apartments, we ordered a small one fit to our needs ,but our kind host, yannis, upgraded us for no special reason just because a bigger apartment wasn't reserved. The place was cosy, wooden country like old housing, with a fire place and balcony that views out to mountains and rever. You can easily walk down the stairs for a short tour along the river. It was fantastic. The kitchen was equipped with all you need to serve yourself with homemade meals and a small fridge.

We stayed with 6 people in the Oikou Thea guest house for one night and everyone of us was so happy with this accommodation and didn’t want to leave this place. The house is big, freshly renovated, with the 5 stars hotels standards: clean, provided with new towels, shower gel & shampoos, welcome vine, sleepers, hairdryer etc. The house has a large terrace with the view on the mountains. There is one covered parking spot under the apartment . The host was in touch with us, the communication was easy and nice. Highly recommend this place for spending quality time !

    Clean, well equipped, with attention to detail. Nicely decorated for Christmas. We were greeted with treats on arrival. Big balcony with great views, catches winter sun in the morning. Quick responses from hosts. We could see new year's fireworks from the parking area.

    A really cozy experience. Everything was amazing. A full equipped house with a parking slot outside. The combination of tradition and modern was beautiful and calming at the same time. The fireplace and the big balcony outside impressed me. There are small vintage corners in the house that will surprise you. Very spacious and warm with a spectacular green view. The owners are very polite and helpful i surely recommend it! Don’t miss the opportunity for leaving in nature for a while!!
