All of the kitchen amenities were available. The communication with the property manager was flawless and they made our early arrival possible. Also, they were very accommodating regarding any special requests. Perfect internet connection as well as a variety of TV services were available. Amazing hotel, five-star amenities, five-star service! When parking and picking up luggage, there is a waiter waiting in the parking lot. When we see that we are Chinese, we will say hello in Chinese, which makes us feel very good! The manager George is a very good person, with thoughtful and enthusiastic service. My family and I feel that it is my favorite hotel in the whole itinerary. If we have the opportunity, we will definitely come back!
