Nathalie was good host in terms of responding. The apartment is not 5star hotel but great value for money. 21minutes by train from Dusseldorf Hbf,and 5min walk from the station to the apartment. Supermarket is around the corner. Place is very clean, with all the amenities that you need for short or linger stay. The building is quiet.

Our stay was fantastic! We had coffee and tea the first day provided by the hotel. The rooms were modern, spacious, and beautifully decorated with high ceilings. The facilities were excellent, including a gym and laundry (though a separate app is needed to use it). The digital self-check-in via a website was super convenient, and the staff was always accessible by phone! A big bonus is that it’s dog-friendly and close to a shopping center with Aldi. I would definitely come back next year!
