Location is right in the city of Walldorf and only 15-20min drive to Heidelberg. There are plenty of restaurants nearby and even though our room was right next to the main street, it was quiet after midnight. Breakfast was nice (although I was a bit disappointed that there were no scrambled eggs; only the boiled ones). You need to download an app to open the door and we were a bit worried since we arrived late, but thankfully it worked.

The host was extremelly welcoming. It was easy and fast to communicate with him in english. I had to do some changes in my schedule and they were made swiftly and without any headache. Self-check-in was easy, with a lock for the key. The room was identical to the pictures, very spacious, clean and comfortable. The shower and the bed were amazing. The small porch was the charm. The breakfast at the bakery was simply delicious everyday, and had a lot of options to choose from. People at the bakery spoke english which helped a lot. The localization is perfect, at walking distance to the city center, church, restaurants, stores and etc. 15-20min walking distance from SAP. 2 min walking distance from the bus stop which goes to the train station and to SAP. My stay was perfect and I recommend this place to all my colleagues who stay in Walldorf.

This was the property that I booked but not the property I became. The evening before I got a message from a lady named Maria saying that this property wasn’t available anymore and that they were giving me an upgrade. The upgrade was a tiny room with no tv and a shared bathroom. Apparently an air bnb property. Anyways it was horrible and I will not ever use your services again.

    The amenities for the guests in the lobby, the room size and cleaning, the bathroom, many channels in the tv, the staff was very helpful, kind, efficient and fast. Free parking. They accept pets, cannot ask for more.

    It is a very big hotel, not in the city center , but for me it was ok because i didn't want it at the center. It was a transit hotel to me. The staff are very kind and helpful. Very good breakfast. A lot of free parking spaces

    This is a nice hotel where they cater for some extras (coffee and drinks available in room and free parking) as a compensation for the no staff situation. The breakfast was fresh and complete with nice and service minded staff. The location is very nice located on the market with plenty restaurants close by. I can imagine that the digital solutions might fit the frequent business visitor very well.

    The little free candy bar at the reception and the apples were a nice gesture. We also appreciated the mini fridge and the ice-cube machine which we could use to keep our food cold, as we got a suitable bag from the reception. As we came by car we were glade about the free parking.
