I had a wonderful stay here. Even though the weather wasn't on my side, and I was the only guest in the hotel for the duration of my stay, I still really enjoyed it. The staff were so friendly and helpful, nothing was too much trouble. I'd definitely stay here again.

I highly recommend Casa del Sol! One of my favorite hostels due to the atmosphere! Staff and people here are so friendly, helpful, and welcoming. The hostel offers surf lessons, yoga sessions, and private Spanish courses. Rooms and bathrooms are clean and comfortable. They have a well equipped shared kitchen. Excellent gourmet free breakfast! The hostel is located on the quiet side of the beach! Just a 2 minute walk to the beach, a 7 minute walk to the grocery store, and a 10 minute walk to the party side of the beach. People are just happy in Montanita. Such a nice atmosphere that it's hard to leave!

Casa surf Arrels is a great spot to relax, away from the hustle and bustle of Montañita. It's located in a quiet area, just a 10-minute walk from the beach. The owner of this place are amazing!! They are so nice and helpful. Also the place is just WOW…. So chilled and right next to the ocean. It’s perfect if you dont want to stay in a crowded place and still want to be near the city. We will definitely come back <3 lots of love
