Hamada was always ready to accommodate our requests. We organised transfer to the airport at 4am in the morning and it went very well. Also the visit to Abu Simbel temple. The island is very peaceful and the Guesthouse super clean and comfortable.

I am a regular customer of this hotel I have been at this hotel also a couple of times in the past and I always choose this hotel in Aswan because if it's great location. Certainly! An amazing hotel next to the river. The room was clean and tidy. We had the number 1 room for 3 people . It was a big room with 3 windows with an amazing view (the front rooms have also a small balcony to sit outside) The breakfast was nice and the owner also suggested if one day had to leave early to prepare our breakfast for take away.

Very peaceful place. Really nice rooms, comfortable beds, very clean. Delicious breakfast. Omer was very helpful whenever we needed anything. This place was paradise after the grit of Cairo. We stayed 4 nights, would definitely stay again if we return to aswan. Elephantine island is lovely.

We enjoyed our stay at Nuba Heart. Everything was great. But, the highlight for us was Tamer, the hotel owner. Tamer is a real example of Nubian kindness. He was very helpful to us and made everything possible to make our stay comfortable. He also helped us organize our activities with the best prices, you can count on him to help you organize your trip and anything you'll need. Tamer is Number one in Aswan!

Love love this place!!! I would go to Aswan just to stay at this place. Coffee, tea, hibiscus 🌺 were all complimentary. The food was excellent and very affordable. The room had the absolute best view of the Nile. We were treated like family.
