- The terrace wraps around two sides of the apartment, so there is almost always a sunny spot. - One side of the terrace has a patio table and this corner is covered with a plastic screen - this area is comfortable even on a windy day. - Every room has roller-shutters and this minimizes street noise. - There are two sets of keys, that is very convenient if parties return to the apartment in different time. - Both beds (actually one bed and one sofa-bed) are comfortable.

The apartment is situated in a quiet residential area only a few minutes from the beaches / bars and restaurants at Juan Les Pins. It is also located very close to several supermarkets and the train station. The apartment is in excellent condition, it was spotlessly clean and had every gadget that you could need on holiday, a real home from home. Parking is underground and very convenient. The added bonus is the amazing private garden and patio with a barbeque. Although we did not use it because of the time of the year, there is a nice pool in the gardens / grounds too. We were met by Katia on arrival and departure who was excellent. All in all this apartment is highly recommended.

It was all so cosy and calm. Beautiful decoration with positive affirmations. All the stuff was very proffessional, helpful and kind. Ons checked me in and it was very easy and she is a great receptionist with the right customer attitude. Wonderful stay! The location is excellent — not far from the sea and next to a small, pleasant park. The staff were absolutely fantastic — very attentive, welcoming, and made us feel like valued guests. They were especially kind to our child, often chatting and interacting with them, which was really heartwarming. The hotel itself is beautiful, located in a stunning historic building with stylish, elegant interiors. We especially loved the charming vintage elevator — it's quite small (a bit tricky with a stroller), but so unique and full of character. Breakfasts were excellent, and the food overall was delicious.
