Located in the countryside beside a cow farm. No smells whatsoever. No traffic, no pollution just nature at its best. 5 minutes by car to Montville which is a small village with plenty of shops and some of the best bakeries. It was a treat every morning.

This is our second time to this property. It’s full of old fashioned charm, which we love, and hence our 1/2 hour detour just so we could stay there again on our travel plans south. Our little house had a beautiful fire which we could sit in front of after the long drive for a glass of wine and relaxation before bed. The host was excellent and extremely helpful. Breakfast was fresh bread delivered to our little house in the morning accompanied by homemade jam and the ability to make fresh filter coffee

Very comfortable, pretty and pristinely clean little hideaway. Off the beaten track so takes a bit of effort to locate , but well worth it. The donkeys are very cute and the owners very welcoming and kind. Breakfast delivered to the patio. Good bed and hot shower. Superb stay. We will be back.
