The apartment was equipped with everything that we needed. It was clean, quiet. The parking spot is right outside the window. The beds were comfortable. The location is very convenient, and the city center is close. Getting the keys to the apartment was very smooth.

Everything was just great! Very center location with a big underground parking just 1 minute walk in front of the building. The apartment is stylish, comfortable and well equipped, there is a supermarket next door so you can buy fresh food for the breakfast. The coffeemaker and everything you may need is also provided. I'd love to stay there more than one night and highly recommend this option!

Thomas the host was prompt and accommodating with responses to questions. The welcome pack was easy to read and understand. The apartment was very clean, nicely furnished with everything you would need. The view was lovely, beds comfortable. We especially loved the black out shutters. It was a little way out of the city centre, around 30 minute walk along main roads. I'd visit again.

The host was exceptionally helpful, responsive, and flexible. We mistakenly booked the wrong day, but she assisted us in sorting things out seamlessly. The apartment is cozy and pet-friendly. There were some free parking spots next street, but the neighborhood seemed a bit sketchy, with broken car windows remnants on the pavement. We chose to repark the car a bit further away (5 minutes walk) near some new multistory buildings with better lighting – it worked out fine. The stay was very enjoyable.

.The apartment was clean with a fridge and ends suite shower / toilet. Free Private secure parking in the walled garden at the rear of the property was a big plus .It is a 5 to 10 minute walk to the Train station area and 15 mins to the lovely historic area where there are plenty of restaurants act. Access to the property and car park was easy with the key card. Prior to arrival I received a number of texts from the owners with directions and a helpful short video. I got an extra text on arrival to check were satisfied with everything.

Lovely , well equipped , large comfortable studio, Quiet , very good nights sleep after a day exploring the City Excellent communication for entry codes for arrival. Did not meet hosts but when we contacted via Booking .com very prompt replies. Excellent Location, just a 15/20 minute walk to centre. Large secure off street parking in a large private car park Rouen is a great visit for 2/3 days Plenty to see. Highly recommend
