Didn't realise at time of booking that it was shared bathroom facilities, which isn't ideal. Bathroom was very clean and tidy though, and our room was beautifully presented. A breakfast option (even just cereal and pastries) would have been great, but overall a very nice property with really lovely and friendly owners. Location is ideal for Cockfosters and Oakwood tube stations less than 10min walk away. On street parking seemed plentiful.Guest review byJonathanYoung couple
