    Lovely modern conversion property in a splendid location. All the facilities you could want, easy to access, good parking, plenty of space, bedding and towels provided and good quality. Hot tub much appreciated. Youngsters liked the air hockey.

    Great location, good free parking, warm friendly welcome, room was large very clean and comfortable, large walking shower and free standing roll top bath. Good selection of teas and coffee and small fridge/ mini bar. Bar had good selection of drinks and a varied menu at reasonable prices. Breakfast was included in the price and was freshly cooked to order, including local kippers. Friendly staff and locals, highly recommended and we will return
