The location was well placed for us, and it was easy to jump on the main tram. I cannot emphasize this enough. We should have stayed more nights. For the same price as some central accomodations you get to sleep on a boat. Cleanliness was top notch, and everything on the ship was well put together and design wise spoke to each other. Staff was extremely friendly. The breakfast area is beautiful. The bathroom looks amazing. You will not see such tiling in real buildings.

Stunning - Everything was perfect. The staff were attentive but not too attentive that they were obvious. Rooms were clean , very cosy , comfortable beds, great selection of toiletries. Tea, coffee , fresh milk , water and cookies daily. Wonderful selection for breakfast. Amazing food for lunch and dinner. 24 hour bar for residents. I fell in love with this hotel and cannot wait for a reason to return . We were also there for a wedding , and the hotel rooms used for the wedding were perfect as well. Stunning apartments!! The room was immaculate, great amenities, so clean and bright, the most comfortable beds I have ever slept in!! The staff were fantastic, so friendly, welcoming and accomodating. The location was just great too, central, right at a tram stop but tucked away off the main road. Would 100% recommend and come back to in the future. Lovely added extra with a little gift bag for their opening of the apartments, thanks so much.

Had everything we needed for our stay. Our host Mandy was very attentive and followed up to make sure we were ok. Mandy provided lots of breakfast foods which pleasantly surprised us. We were a 5 minute walk from the bus, which goes downtown.
