I really enjoyed this special place with all the lovely details ✨ As I travelled by myself I felt safe all the time, the area around was nice and pretty near to the seaside with magical sunsets 🌅. The room almost felt like home for a while with delicious tea and hot shower. Also had some nice chats with Paul — thank you ☺️

Close to town centre but also beaches; really good value and quality; house is really clean and modern (usb chargers as well as usual sockets, very handy when coming from abroad); towels and toiletries provided; parking just in front and Jim is the best host! And food shops nearby if you need a late night bite to eat or forgot something.

It's a charming house in a very residential neighborhood of Margate. A few meters away, there are bus stops to access the best areas of this part of the UK, as well as an avenue with cafés, restaurants, and shops. It’s a 30-minute walk from the city center along the top of coastal cliffs, offering incredible views. There is a minibar in the room, an electric kettle for making coffee and tea, and other kitchen facilities. The TV is good and has local channels, which turned out to be quite entertaining. The bathroom is excellent and very clean. A great stay for exploring the area or just spending two nights.

    Location was fantastic. Breakfast amazing. Hotel upgraded our room on arrival. Hotel full of character. Room beautiful and great sea views. Free parking on street and car park. Staff efficient and friendly. No restaurant in the evening but a place was set on request for a take-away.
