Lovely rooms, modern decoration, great food and atmosphere in the pub but the rooms are in a separate building which means it's nice and quiet. Really pet friendly with a little welcome package for our dog which was appreciated. Would definitely recommend

Very friendly and welcoming staff. Bedrooms are beautifully done. Restaurant serves top class food. The pub seems to be at the heart of the village and the locals are extremely friendly.

Fantastic stay, everything you could want. All rooms decorated and fitted out to a very high spec. Owner was contactable if there were any issues & were really nice people. I would 100% recomend and will definitely stay again.

The space & facilities available in this property are terrific ... EVERYTHING you might possibly need is there! Parking at the back of the property can easily accommodate 6 vehicles! Karen's welcome package was much appreciated! Would highly recommend property & location! Easy access to south coast main routes & London ...

    The Flat was part of a larger property and by mistake I entered the large flat in the property before I was told by the caretaker the location of the flat and parking area.. A plan would be useful.

    The location was perfect for visiting my father who lives 10 minutes walk away. It was very clean and both the bathroom and kitchen looked almost new. The shower was great and there was a lovely heated mirror to make it easier to use after a shower. The place had everything you could want and the owner left things for making tea, butter, and a pack of biscuits as a welcoming gift. The bed was fairly comfortable and had a lot of pillows. Great off the road parking.
