The hotel was connected to a beautiful lively pub but the room we stayed in was quiet and cosy. We hanged out an evening in the pub before walking up to our rooms. There were plenty of parking spaces and it was very close to the rooms so when we forgot something in the car, it was easy to get. The bed's were company, the TV had good channel options and everything was a clean. The customer service was great - everyone was lovely. Only thing missing to make it 10/10 was a mini fridge in our room - that would have made it perfect.

I have been staying in Flexistay Sutton for 3 years in a row now, and I can totally tell that this is my 2nd home. The staff (especially very special thanks to Jol/Joel for his attention and also for very great chats) is very welcoming and friendly. The location is just the heart of Sutton, and value for money is really suitable for every budget. I absolutely recommend Flexistay Sutton to everyone who considers staying in Sutton. Once again, thanks for everything Jol/Joel and Flexistay! See you in November 2025 again :)

I go to London very often for work or just to spend a weekend so I'm a regular customer of Airbnb or Booking.com... I must admit that this time I was really happy with the choice of the room. You have an entire floor of the house with a spacious room, a bathroom that is also spacious and a small kitchen with all the accessories you need! Super provided! Martin was spectacular with us, from our arrival until our departure, very helpful and very kind. My fiancée forgot an item in the room and he was super helpful and sent it back to us in Manchester! An absolute legend! Great room price for the area and perfect cleanliness of the bedroom, bathroom and kitchen. Free parking right outside the house. We will be back for sure at Martin's 🙂

Great communication throughout the stay. Even though it says shared bathroom, it was really private. The bed is SUPER comfy for the price and the pillows are lovely. VERY good value for money. it was a perfect night stay for what I paid

    The location was perfect for a homely stay close to London but with the benefit of feeling like an escape away from the big city. Free parking and a quick and easy walk to the High Street was a major bonus. The bed was incredibly comfortable and I loved the walk-in shower and bathroom decor with luxury toiletries.
