We had the family room with terrace. The room was huge and we had lots of space to spread out. All the amenities needed were available. The hotel had a free parking lot, and there was space to park the car even at 10 pm. The facilities, and in particular the bathroom, were clean and modern despite the historical building. The staff knew us by name even before we checked in, and they were fast and efficient with their service. The view is incredible since they are right across a waterfront.

We stayed in the de luxe room, which turned out being in the small tower at the corner of the hotel. It has a beautiful view of the town and Harbour and we loved sitting there in the evening and for coffee in the morning. Totally going to come back!

    The whole experience was lovely, the check in was quick and easy, the food was delicious, the staff were very friendly and helpful, the bar was nice to sit and relax in, plenty of parking as there is an overflow car park at the rear.

    Very comfortable and clean Hotel and perfect location for quick ferry access. Hotel parking was across the street and I was lucky to get the last space, with that said, on-street parking surrounding the property was an easy plan B so no need to worry there. We stayed in the superior double room which had minibar included in the price so that was a bonus.

    The hotel is located right at the waterfront of Ullapool. The view out our room was excellent. The staff was friendly. There is a pub in the building, which is nice. There's no hot food available at the hotel but the continental breakfast was really good. The room was well equipped, we especially enjoyed the complementary Nespresso and Hot Chocolate in the room. Free parking is available right in front of the hotel.

    The best thing was that the beds were comfortable and the blackout curtains worked well to block out the sun shining late into the night. Also, the hotel is well-located and close to most restaurants. The parking lot is large so no worries about parking.
