The location was just a 10 mins walk to Windermere. The hotel was lovely and clean and the bed was really comfortable. Good WiFi connection. The staff were lovely and the breakfast was delicious great selection the salmon and scrambled egg especially and the ingredients were to a high quality.

    Good location, only a short walk either down to Bowness or up to Windermere. Excellent freshly cooked breakfast, friendly staff. Good sized room with comfy bed, bathroom was large with both bath and shower. Free parking in car park.

    The lady who owned and ran the property was in a single word lovely. The guest house has kept its tradition looks, though with added modernisation. Breakfast was divine. On premises Car parking an extra benefit as street parking isn't possible like to many guest houses in the area
