Very quiet, clean and cozy. Grocery shop 1 minute away. A parking slot available for free. Air conditioning, kettle, microwave included. 2-3 always hungry cats as neighbors and 1 beautiful, friendly dog. :) Everything was perfect.

Wonderful Stay with Stunning Kutaisi Views! I had an absolutely fantastic stay at this accommodation! The room was clean, comfortable, and offered breathtaking cityscape views—especially from the private balcony, which quickly became my favorite spot to unwind. Waking up to such a scenic panorama every morning was truly a highlight. What made the experience even more special was the hostess. She was incredibly warm, welcoming, and attentive, ensuring I had everything I needed while respecting my privacy. Place is extremely good. It looks as presented on the picture(which is not the case for some other dorms I've been too). It's clean. The owner is really nice and will help you with stuff like laundry and taxis. Usually dorms in this price range are filthy, moldy and miserable. But here it was really nice :) in came back several times
