Zaza and his family made our trip unforgettable, making us feeling like being their sons. They even offered us multiple delicious things (and drinks!) during our dinners at their kitchen. Moreover, Zaza guided us towards the main famous attractions of Kutaisi like Martvili, Okatse and Prometheus Caves. Simply amazing! Ps: try their homemade khachapuri, you won't regret

First of all, the host is amazing she knows how to put customers at ease. Exchanges with her are very pleasant. She knows how to anticipate customer needs. Her presence is warm and welcoming. The house is very quiet and the terrace is large and allows you to enjoy the soft evenings of Kutaisi while watching the moon. View of Rioni River and Kutaisi. Great elevated neihborhood. The place is decorated with taste and the rooms are comfortable. everything is well built and well thought. My wife and I recently stayed at this incredible hotel for our honeymoon, and it exceeded our expectations in every way! The location was unbeatable - just 50 meters from the stunning Colchis Fountain. We were able to take a romantic stroll around the fountain, enjoying the beautiful views and each other's company. But what truly made our stay special was the exceptional service from the staff. They were warm, welcoming, and went above and beyond to make our honeymoon trip unforgettable. Upon arrival, we were greeted with a complimentary bottle of amazing Georgian wine, which was the perfect touch to start our celebration. The hotel itself was clean, comfortable, and well-appointed, with everything we needed for a relaxing stay. We can't recommend this hotel enough, especially for couples celebrating a special occasion. The combination of its prime location, outstanding service, and warm hospitality makes it a true gem in the heart of the city. *Highly Recommended!*
