3rd visit in as many years and booked again for 2024. The location of the villas is central for restaurants, beach and bars. The cleanliness standards are high and the gardens and landscaping are well maintained. Angela the host is easy to deal with and responds quickly to emails or concerns which is a great service.

Not only breakfast but dinner was always perfect. All of the staff were so friendly! And it was a refreshing experience to hold a new event every day. Me and my fiancé loved everything, from the room to personnel and all the services that were offered. A special thank you to all the staff for their kindness and friendliness, especially to the cleaning crew who made a fantastic job each day of our staying. If we ever come back to Zakynthos we will choose again Villa Basil for sure.

Our all around experience here was excellent. We travelled with a 5-year old and were extremely satisfied with their Kids Club which you book through the hotel app. There are no added fees and can be booked every day minus Sunday from 10-1 pm and 3-6 pm. The layout and design of the rooms and the hotel premises in general is clever and tasteful. The breakfast is plentiful, special kudos to whomever is baking the canelés, cinnamon buns etc. Also, cocktails by the pool are a must! Staff is accommodating and friendly. There are numerous restaurants and bars nearby, the hotel has plenty of free parking and all the amenities are there (gym, spa, pool bar etc.).

We really liked the villas. We were a big group and rented 4 villas. Cleaning took place every day, towels changed every day, the pool was cleaned every day. The shop in reception had everything you'd need. Prices were good, just like the shops in town.

    Absolutely stunning and magical property. From the moment you step off the parking lot, you're transported into a magical place surrounded by olive trees and beautiful views. Despite the size of the hotel, every room feels very private. Beautiful and delicious restaurants. Staff was very helpful and attentive. Would definitely be back for a longer stay.

    Excellent location, very clean, friendly staff and very big and comfortable apartment. The location is close to many tavernas from Tsilivi (6 min walk) and the beach is from 10 min walk. There is a free parking which was enough for all the guests. Dimitris was very kind and helpful!

    The staff was super friendly and willing to help, always smiling. The room was cleaned daily and also we got new towels everyday. The parking lot near the hotel was ideal. The food was delicious, everyday there was a different menu: a variation pf salads, cooked meals, pies, soups every evening etc.
