Our stay at Villa Maria was nice and smooth. The room was exactly as shown on the pictures, very nice and clean and had all the necessary equipment. The hosts were friendly and willing to help if we needed anything. The proximity to the beach was perfect. There were a lot of families with children and it was a perfect choice for them. The children brought a lot of joy and energy to the place, which might not suit everyone (maybe older visitors), but for us it was not problem at all. Everyone always respected quiet hours and the walls insulated the noise well. We loved the big and spacious and shaded balcony. We came with a medium sized dog and there were not many options for walks with him but we managed. There was no problem with the dog on the beach either. The nearest beach had both sand and pebbles and the water was clean. The village center with restaurants and shops is close, but the area around the villa is quiet enough. Nea Skioni was a good place to walk around Kassandra. Overall we enjoyed our stay at Villa Maria and can recommend it :)

Very well equiped Apartment, enough of everything you are often missing (detergent, laundry detergent, Trash bags, toilet paper), You even get fresh towels every second day. Theo Location is next to Taverns, but it is still very quiet, supermarkets are around the Corner and the beach is less than 5 Minutes away by foot. Sophia and Christo are so lovely and helpful!

The Rahoni Hotel in Siviri is a charming and well-kept property. The overall cleanliness is impressive – from the rooms to the shared areas, everything feels tidy and fresh. The rooms themselves are comfortable, nicely decorated, and provide a pleasant space to relax after a day in the sun. The food served is of good quality and tastes fresh, but the variety is unfortunately limited. If you’re staying for several days, the menu may start to feel repetitive. The outdoor facilities have a few drawbacks. There are only five sunbeds available, which is far too few for the number of guests, and the pool is semi-warm and often has pine leaves floating on the surface – likely due to the surrounding trees. While it’s still usable, it could benefit from more frequent cleaning. Overall, Rahoni Hotel is a clean, attractive place with good-quality food and pleasant rooms.

Beautiful place, excellent breakfast, extremely friendly staff. We had a room on the upper floors with sea view, which was very nice. Relaxed time at the beach. We were very happy to have stayed there. An extra note has to be made on the beds - they were so cosy, it was difficult to get out.

It's been our third summer in a row in this hotel and it's wonderful. Confortable and clean, the hotel made us feel right at home. The staff are very amiable and professional, which makes for a good overall atmosphere. Loved the happy hour at the pool bar! We had a very pleasant holiday, especially this year! We had most interaction with the staff working at the restaurant and around the pool, which we would like to thank. PS: special thanks to Viki, Dimitra, Riccardo, Saola and Pantelis.

    Beautiful private house and the beach. Easy entrance to the clear sea with private seabeds. 50 meters to the sea with only half a meter deep is comfortable for children. A lot of space for wine. Comfy beds. Easy car parking. The nearest fisherman's shop is in 5 min by car. We came to another city Kassandria to buy big Atlantic shrimp at the local market which is organized every Tuesday starting at 8:00 am. It was delicious.

    Location is excellent - beachfront. Very important-free parking all the time. Apartment is new and equipped with everything except oven. Bathroom is big with hot water all the time, hairdryer, washing machine, many towels and all other necessities. The host Konstantinos is very polite young man, affordable for everything, any time a day. We will certainly go there again.

    The first line with direct sea view. Private entrance to the sea with sunbeds and flower garden. Comfortable 4 king-size beds like Hilton. A special wine freeze and a fireplace are excellent! Clear blue sea is the best for surfing and beaching time. Fully equipped kitchen and big outside barbecue. Two clean bathrooms. Private sun-protected car parking. Two extra large terraces with the view.

    First, and most important for us : the house is right on the beach, with private sunbeds and umbrellas. There is a big garden, some sunbeds and tables under the trees, bbq possibilities, private parking lot. The host, George, very helpful.
