The view from the rooms and the whole scenery is fantastic; the forest that surrounds the place, the seaview to the Aegean and the small island of Kelyfos just in front of you while enjoying your coffee or glass of wine in the veranda. We had an absolutely wonderful time! The accommodation was immaculate, and the highlight was the most wonderful romantic terrace in Neos Marmaras, offering breathtaking views. My girlfriend got a sunburn, and Hristos, our host, was perfect—attentive and friendly. He even helped with aloe vera from his yard, which was incredibly helpful. Highly recommend this place for a relaxing getaway!

Wonderful spacious new modern apartments located in the center of the beautiful town of Neos Marmaras right by the sea. The area is surprisingly quiet and uncrowded, though. There is a private parking space, which is very rare for this place. We parked the car and did not use it anymore, as there are many shops, cafes and restaurants nearby, and very good beaches on both sides of the aparthotel which can be easily reached on foot. The apartments are equipped with everything necessary for a comfortable and carefree holiday. Excellent internet speed. The owner of the apartment, Mr. Andonis welcomed us cordially and throughout our stay took care and answered any of our requests. We will definitely come back, mr. Andonis. Thank you!

Everything was perfect! Very nice, clean and comfortable house! The house is in a private area with free parking. There is a big and lovely garden when you could relax, make barbeque and have dinner. In the house everything is well organised - you could find everything for your vacation.

    Perfect location to explore the Marmaras area. Slightly outside of the main town which is good with a number of restaurants 5 minutes walk away. The room and property were nice with a good breakfast. Some upkeep is needed to bring it up to scratch/perfection such as the grounds/car parking areas - there could be a nice little place at back to sit and have a BBQ.

    Loved the location. The rooms are very clean and maintained. The place looks much better than the photos on booking.com. The toiletries provided were good quality. The sea view from balcony is wonderful. Ample street parking space. Walkable from centre.

    The owner was helpful and welcoming, the property was close to the beach, shops and restaurants. The room was decent and cleaned every day also the bed was comfortable. We had air conditioning in the room and free parking nearby, all in all a perfect stay.
