The property and all the facilities were absolutely spotless! The staff were very attentive, the sea was as see through as the sky and the view from our room was stunning. Most importantly, the hotel manager, Roula was incredible. She tended to all our needs with so much care and attention, that we are already planning our next stay at this hotel.

We had a wonderful stay at very spacious apartment with two bedrooms, bathroom with bathtube, a large air-conditioned living room, two balconys - one facing the street and one overlooking the quiet backyard. The accomodation is well equipped - modern futnitures, a stove, microwave oven, toster, iron, iron board, hair dryer, fridge, washing maschine, kitchen utensils, towels, baby bed and more. The internet connection was excellent—very fast and stable the whole time. Despite Sozopoli is a small, peaceful village, it has wide streets and very few crowds—exactly what we were looking for. There are three nice places to eat within walking distance: a pizza and bougatsa restaurant, a charming Greek taverna just 200 meters away, and a fish tavern set on cliffs above the sea with an amazing view—only 500 meters from the apartment. There's also a small supermarket nearby with everything you might need, from beach essentials to local foods, small shop for local agricultural products s.a. olive oil, bee honey and local fruits and vegetables. A playground for kids is just 150 meters away, which was a big plus for our family. Communication with the owner, Konstantinos, was easy and pleasant. He was very responsive and made sure we felt right at home. Overall, this is a fantastic place for a relaxing vacation, especially if you're traveling with small children. We would definitely recommend it and would love to come back!

It's very spacious, the air condition works perfectly, the balcony and the garden are fantastic as well! It was clean and very well equipped. The receptionist recognized us as soon as we walked through the entrance door. He offered us a welcome drink and escorted us to our suite. He showed us around and provided us with all the information we needed. The room was spotless; complementary water, a vanity set, and everything needed were waiting for us in the room. The bed was very comfortable, and the air-conditioning was silent. Breakfast was partly served, and partly there was a buffet. Again, the service and choices were excellent! I would book this accommodation facility again and again without hesitation.

    The house is perfect for 1 family. The whole house was very clean and welcoming. The kitchen is full with everything you need. Big balcony with great sea view and BBQ in the yard, sunbath and private parking. The owner and his family are very nice persons. They didn't bother us during the stay, they even invited us for coffee. They had prepared a welcome drink for us. Thank You Kostas!

    Everything is much better than it looks in the pictures. The hosts are wonderful people. The yard is beautiful, the parking is great, you have everything you need in the house and everything works. The most important thing is that it is quiet and away from any noise. The beach is very close. There is also a store nearby. Overall, excellent.

    It was very clean.We got clean towels every day, and new sheets. The hotel was in a great spot, next to the beach. They had free sunbeds and there was a bar on the beach. There was free parking next to the hotel, it was great and usefull for our family. They have a restaurant, the food was great. The owner Rula was kind and always happy to help!
