But you can ask earlier, the owners were very nice. AC, fridge with some bonus water, juice, coffee, tea (refill when needed), and a terrace with table and chairs, confortable beds, were ++. You will find also a parking spot every day. And it is perfect if you need rest and quite. The air con in the living room worked really well, which is a must for summer time in Crete! The fan in the bedroom kept it cool enough for sleeping. Manos was an excellent host - always reachable and very friendly. The beach is a 15-minute walk down a steep winding hill. Plenty of parking, but rental cars do seem to struggle slightly up that steep hill!
