A wonderful hotel in a central location in Thessaloniki. The reception team and all the hotel staff were incredibly kind and helpful at every stage. I’ve had the opportunity to stay at many hotels around the world, and the service here ranks in my top three. The room layout, architectural design, and cleanliness were excellent. The valet service and partnership with a parking facility is a huge advantage in a city like Thessaloniki, where parking is limited. This is definitely a place I will return to.

I received a very warm and professional welcome upon arriving at the hotel. The staff were extremely helpful and always smiling. All my requests were not only met but exceeded. My car was taken care of, and my dog and I enjoyed a spacious, nice, and clean room. The hotel provided two dog bowls in the room, along with some treats for my dog, which was a lovely touch. The breakfast and service were excellent, and the check-out process was smooth. Overall, it was a wonderful stay, and I highly recommend this hotel.

Everything was perfect ! The staff of the hotel was very kind, our room was corresponding to our expectations and was calm during the night, the breakfast was of great quality with a relatively large choice of products, and the location of the hotel was ideal (in the center, close to the sea). The hotel was very near the center, 5 min walk to the white tower, valet parking and underground parking was very helpful which made the stay easier and enjoyable.

    Liked the layout of the room. Although there was no view, it was spacious with open hanging space for clothes and the shower area was large and cool and there was a separate WC. Air conditioner could be better adjusted away from bed. There is no onsite parking and street parking is local paid-for only with a maximum of four hours. We paid 15 Euros per day for a parking station.
