I loved this place and having nothing but good things to say about it! We stayed here in November and so the price was a great value for what we got which included a steam room in the shower and a jacuzzi on the balcony. The hotel was very clean and the service was amazing. The hotel manager was so helpful and friendly and even drove us to the airport when our taxi didn’t show up. Would definitely recommend this place!

The property is beautiful and clean! 2x massive balconies overlooking the views, we were greeted so we’ll and felt at home instantly. our hosts are amazing and so helpful showing us the food places and organising a taxi for us!! we can’t be more grateful!

The room was clean. I really like the entrance / gate and the corridor of the property. The staffs are amazingly friendly and helpful. 100% satisfaction on that. The room was cozy, with a TV, AC working well. The toilet was clean and with bath supplies and hair dryer. Theres a mini fridge and they gave us 2 bottles of water. We left our baggage in the Fusionella cafe (managed by them too) after checking out and before check in. It's located centrally near the bus station, 10 minutes walking. I got precise information and notification through a message and video from the manager of the property. We took room+breakfast. The breakfast was good, we felt lite but full. and staffs at the cafe were so nice. They gave us a free coffee when we came earlier than the check in time. If you guys from the cafe are seeing this review, take my love and I am very happy with your service. Keep doing the great work!

The host (Yiannis) was very warm and welcoming and we raised a toast with the Santorini Desertwine "Visanto". Yiannis was always available to answer questions and help, he also helped us with sight seeing recommendations and food. Your privacy is respected. I also liked that they were flexible with breakfast timings so we didnt have to rush. The property had a great luxury vibe, the inteiors and furnishings were artisitc and tasteful. :) :)

Pnoe Luxury Suites exceeded all my expectations and made our stay in Santorini truly unforgettable. From the moment we arrived, we were treated to a level of service that was unparalleled. Every morning, we received a beautifully catered breakfast with a variety of vegetarian options, perfectly tailored to our preferences. I must mention how Ms. Fanouria went above and beyond to make my mother's birthday a huge success. She helped arrange in-room massages, put up festive balloons, surprised us with a beautiful birthday cake for breakfast, and even offered us a complimentary bottle of wine. The staff also helped us set up activities such as a memorable photoshoot in Oia, a breathtaking semi-private boat cruise at sunset, and a private tour of the island. Additionally, they arranged taxis for every trip, making our transportation hassle-free. The cleaning staff were amazing and always accommodated our requests, showing great attention to sustainability by giving us the option to reuse our towels. The room service food was absolutely delicious, and we could not have asked for better dining options. The location of the hotel was perfect, with most attractions being easily accessible within 20 minutes. The stylish room provided amazing toiletries, and we loved the beautiful heated pool. Whether you're a first-time visitor to Santorini or someone revisiting the island, if you're looking for luxury and relaxation, Pnoe Luxury Suites is the perfect choice.

We were pleasantly surprised with a complimentary room upgrade, and the daily cleaning service was excellent. They even provided a free bottle of Greek wine, which was a lovely touch. The bed was absolutely amazing! The location is perfect—within easy walking distance to Fira and the bus stations. The staff was incredibly friendly, and we’d love to come back here in the future!

    Great location. Just a couple of blocks from Fira's main square and bus terminal. Walking distance to everything in town, including many restaurants, car rentals, souvenir shops and the great views. A laundry shop is literally next door and a mini market, a few steps away on the opposite side of the street. There is free street parking right in front of the property, but usually taken + traffic is a little crazy, so we decided to park at a safer, large, free parking lot situated 1 block down the street. No problems there.
