lovely gardens with small pool. very comfortable beds with nice linen. gorgeous hot shower. nice breakfast with view of volcan Fuego. very secure property with parking and lots of guards . easy to get to Antigua and Pacaya by car.

One of the best places we have ever stayed in Antigua Guatemala. Some of the things we liked the most were: 1. Calmness 2. The employees were AMAZING! and they were always willing to help! Very clean, comfortable stay. The apartment had so many little touches that made it feel very much like a home. Extensive assortment of kitchen appliances and cookware (although I didn't cook the 3 nights I was there). There was a small problem with a leak under the sink that the host came quickly and resolved. The location was close to many restaurants and shops.

Set in attractive grounds in a small, typically Guatemalan community just outside (5 minutes by Uber) from the centre of Antigua, with stunning views of hills and volcanoes. Casa Buho is a family run bed and breakfast hotel with exceptional quality rooms. This was a great place to stay as we had already spent a month in town, but would also be good if you want to be away from the noise and bustle of the town.
