What a fabulous stay! We absolutely loved our experience here and after doing a lot of research believe it may be the nicest property on the entire lake. Facilities were beautiful with stunning views from the rooms and infinity pool. Staff were world-class, always smiling, energetic, friendly, and ready to say yes. They truly went above and beyond. Bartender Cristian is the best! Our upgraded room was spectacular and newly remodeled with a beautiful tub overlooking the lake. Breakfast, dinner, and drinks at the pool bar were all excellent. The hotel also arranged for a great couples massage, laundry service, and a private boat tour of the lake. Thanks so much and we will be back!!

The grounds of this hotel are spectacular! It is right by the dock, so it is easy to walk to the property. The restaurant is very reasonably priced, considering that there are not a lot of options for dining (we were on foot). The food is exceptional, and plenty of it comes from their organic garden, of which we had a lovely tour. The hotel website offers full details of how community minded and eco-friendly this business is. The pool looks odd because it is dark. However, I imagine it helps heat the water, along with the solar panels. If you are looking for a couple of days in paradise, this is the place. And the view from the restaurant 🤩

It's the best place to crash at Atitlan, the Lake view is increadible, jacuzzi is just right to relax. They have vegan food and wine. Plus room service, since we stayed at the studio, I propose my girlfriend (now my wife), and privicy is Highly Appreciate The attention to detail is on point and it's a quiet place we slept like babies!
