The Navis is a wonderful place to relax, combined with peace, nature and the sea. The staff are all great and treat guests like family. The food is fantastic and the breakfast is one of the best we've had anywhere in the world! We stayed 7 nights, returned yesterday and already miss it. We'll be coming back.

The service was very good. The employees are very cultured and very understanding. The hotel is very nice in a good location, 5 minutes from the promenade by the sea. The interior is made as historical, which makes you feel as if you are in the past. We were very surprised at how much choice of food there was for breakfast and dinner, which was very tasty. We would go to the same place again.

Absolut fabulous! The staff very friendly and helpfull, starting with Tanja from the reception, Cresily and Arnel at the breakfast and Victor on the terrace. Location is perfect, right near the sea and in Opatjia center, the breakfast is amazing, with all you want to eat/drink, even champagne, all is very clean, perfect in a word.

When travelling and staying at hotels, a lot of things can get much better if you don't hesitate to ask for improvements. The staff were super kind and all our wishes were fulfilled. We booked a room with a private sauna and this was the best decision. The hotel had an amazing buffet breakfast and dinner! The spa, gym and pool were ideal early in the morning. We especially enjoyed the cocktail bar! A wonderful, professional and friendly bartender agreed to try and make our own alien cocktail recipes. In general, everyone was extremely kind and helpful, especially the young lady at the reception. We enjoyed both Opatija and Rijeka on our way to Italy and at the end of our stay were surprised that the garage fee was deducted from our bill. We also got a complimentary drink at the bar. I would strongly recommend this hotel and especially their half-board offer!

Our stay here was wonderful! The apartment was exceptionally clean, and the Wi-Fi connection was strong and reliable. We truly appreciated that it was fully stocked with all necessary amenities. The parking situation was a dream – spacious spots and easy access. On top of all that, the host was genuinely lovely and super responsive. Amazing location, we could reach several beaches, restaurants and shops within a 5-10 minutes comfortable walk, sometimes its uphill, and there are many stairs, but its expected in the area. The apartment was clean, we had two separate bedrooms with two in room bathrooms, everything was spotless, beds were comfortable and there were all the amenities we needed. Beautiful view from the terrace as well, we loved sitting there in the mornings and evenings.
