As other reviewers have said , a very comfortable home stay in a beautiful location . comfortable beds , hot showers and a lovely view from all of the rooms . The hosts Monike and Geri are very responsive on what’s app and helped us make a night bus reservation from Makassar and arranged for us to be collected from the bus stop at 5am. Monike really is a wonderful cook , extremely generous meal sizes too! they put us in touch with a local guide who provided an excellent overview of Toraja in 2 days including a funeral ceremony . highly recommend

Definitely recommend ! James and Rian are very hospitality and caring, you will definitely feel like home. One of Must do list in Toraja will be catting with them, you can truly know new generation thoughts about their culture, quite inspiring ! And if you have any questions, they basically can give you resolutions and recommendations, so helpful ! BTW their English is high level, had good communication! Miss them already and their little cute son ❤️ The room is not luxury but very organic and clean !

Sanggalangi is a wonderful little home stay nestled away from the hustle of the busy street. The very clean room was in the mainhouse and is equipped with a hot shower. The whole family is very friendly and helps you with everything you need. We espacially loved the banana and pineapple pancake and the tamarillo juice for breakfast. Hendrik (as well as his nephew) is also one of the best guides for the Tana Toraja.
