What a fantastic place! The owners and a staff are amazing. The arrival was fantastic and Angie and Arno do everything to make sure you feel welcome. They'll make sure you have a great time by providing different options for tours, transportation and tips to explore the environment and culture. The staff is very friendly and they offer great food. The rooms have a great view over the volcano and are located in a fantastic garden. Everything you need is present!

The staff were exceptional with their service and care in accommodating our large family group of 10 people; 2 children, 2 teachers, 4 adults and a senior citizen.
