Fantastic stay, very warm welcome from Nicole and David. Nothing was too much trouble, they arranged a driver for us, who never let us down and was always available. A very good selection for breakfast that certainly gave a good start to the day. The room was large and so was the bed, the bed was very comfortable and the air-conditioning worked a treat as it was very warm at night. David also suggested an itinerary, which was something we would of struggled without his help. This homestead is well recommended.

Could not have wanted more. Excellent service from lovely staff, always going the extra mile. The room was modern and comfortable, approx 15 minutes walk from the beach. Stunning beach and the quietest and cleanest in Goa. Local food is great with multiple choices of cuisine, at very reasonable prices. Thank you so much for our stay. Highly recommend.

Felt perfectly welcome at this place by the entire staff. The property is outside the village on the hill, in a very quiet location. It has a beautiful garden, lots of outdoor space and a big pool to cool down and relax any time of the day. The chefs of the restaurant are remarkable, with much love for detail, fresh, locally grown and high quality ingredients. The dinners I had were all unforgettable delicious experiences !

The flat is very well maintained and easily accessible. The location is a plus point as it's near to the airport and hardly takes 10 min to reach. This is a beautiful, authentic and peaceful place, away from all the busy, loud and touristy places. The service and kindness from the staff led by Habiba is just perfect and even the owner of the place came to have lunch with us (which she made herself) and told us some stories about the history of the villa. Habiba cooked a nice breakfast in the morning with local dishes, eggs, fruits and even pancakes! There is a direct access to the beach from the garden which is amazing. The rooms are spacious and clean and all have a sea view. There are only 2 bungalows / rooms and the closest houses / hotels are far away so the place is very quiet all day long. The beach feels like a private beach with only fishermen a bit further away and the occasional cow passing by. This is the place you need to relax in Goa!!
