The best part of this property is their staff and their hospitality. You don't stay here because of their facilities, which are good for the money you pay, but the staff is excellent (particularly their manager). Fresh room, big and comfortable bed. Quiet location, not far from the center by rickshaw. Everything was working fine, all the toiletries were available, even dental kit. Bathroom has all the options for indian and western style. The owner was really helpful, he provided valuable information about the Golden Temple and also local food. He was going to tell me about the temple in 10 minutes but it still took close to half an hour, shorter version probably was hard to achieve :)

My husband and I really enjoyed staying at this place. The family that owns this house is very friendly. The hostess cooks very tasty food. You can have breakfast with a view of the Golden Temple, which is very close. On the first day we arrived early, and the host gave us a room before check-in time. The host also gave us an upgraded room for the price of a regular one. The location of the house is great, with a wonderful view of the Temple from the rooftop.

    Hotel is located on main road, easy to locate and walking distance from mall. Hotel has safe car parking and lift too. Our room had a view and window and bathroom was clean. Breakfast was freshly made and delicious.
