We stayed at Swastha Royal Villas for 2 nights and had a fantastic experience. The ambiance was great, and the property was well-maintained, clean, and neat. The rooms were spacious and luxurious, providing a comfortable stay. The campfire, grill, and indoor/outdoor games added to the fun. Special thanks to Shams for helping us explore local sightseeing spots, including a serene river tour and a visit to a tribal village—this truly enriched our Wayanad experience. The host was incredibly helpful, guiding us with the location and even assisting with a well-planned Wayanad itinerary during the booking time itself.

Location is jaw dropping, u will feel the pure nature vibe. I loved the stay as if it made us feel like home – calm and relaxing. Back to nature kind of a feel. We’d definitely recommend this villa, for a relaxed and happy family vacation, and we plan to come back some day with our family and friends.

We chose Swastha Heritage and had a fantastic stay. It’s a beautiful heritage property 3bedroom stay with a lovely ambience, nestled inside lush coffee plantations. There were plenty of indoor and outdoor games to keep us entertained, and the homely food was absolutely delicious. The hosting was excellent—our itinerary and location guidance were well taken care of. A special mention to the caretaker, Sam, who was always there for everything we needed, making us feel truly at home. We will definitely come back for sure!

Roney and Divya were superb hosts. Nothing was too much trouble. Roney brought me speciality indian teas regularly and advised me on the best sights to see (of which the Edakkal caves ...6000 b C cave carvings only 8,ks away) was an absolute must. The upstairs guest level is the highest level of luxury decor I've come across in India. Marble floors, beautiful bathroom/toilet, aircon, and a lovely large balcony with hanging cane chair to enjoy the jungle view. I couldn't rate this homestay too highly

    Very Neat and Clean. It’s located Center of the town. Nearby restaurants and groceries are available. I was totally surprised by the room arranged by the host. A very good stay. Ambient parking . Safe place and the host is very helpful. We can access to major tourist places from here since it’s located in Center of Wayanad. Very neat Swimming pool. I have received all this facilities in very low price. Totally I felt like a home. Thanks Mr Shanavas for arranging a comfortable stay. Calm and quiet place.
