Excellent experience. Beyond my expectations. Nice rooms. Reception staff Gaurang, Umang and Pratigna very cooperative. The food is tasty and hygiene. My family enjoyed a lot.

Jacuzzi was not working since many days. Staff mentioned. Complaining is done by so many customers but mecanic to repair it is not coming. Please ensure you buy two more extra Jacuzzi in case 1 or 2 are not working properly. Since there is space available around your beautiful pool.

The Staffs are very friendly and support. They serve buffet in hotel ,that's very convenient for everyone. Everything is good. Near restaurants, coffe shops and mall. Next time I still want to book a room in Four Points again.
