The hosts were extremly nice and made us feel very welcome. The rooms are very nicely made and clean, there is a nice bench at the window to enjoy the nice view. The Hotel Lobby has some comfy sofas and chairs to spend some time and relax. Breakfast had everything you could wish for and was very good. We would absolutely come here again!

Beautiful, fragrant, cozy, clean and spacious house. Luxuriously equipped kitchen and bathroom. Excellent and rich breakfast. We stayed here while we visited the west of Iceland and the national park. The apartment was clean, beds were nice. Recently remodeled bathroom. Living area and kitchen were adequate. Nice to have laundry included, although we didn’t use it. Neighborhood was safe with a nice restaurant nearby.

+ amazing place near the beach with fantastic landscapes +good place to see the Northern lights is the weather is good +common kitchen was very clean and well maintained and had all the utensils with multiple stoves. +common shower and toilet were also very clean and well maintained. Separate shower and toilet area for women also is available. +petrol/diesel gas station is right next to this place. Very easy to fill up our cars for the next day's long trip.

Absolutely charming, delightful, soulful and unique! Often places with such wonderful character can sadly be run down or poorly served. That is absolutely not the case with the Freezer. It’s truly one of the most unique, enjoyable and friendly places I’ve ever had the chance to sleep in. Part guest house, part community centre, part concert hall / playhouse, it’s truly one of a kind. Highly recommended!

Pleasant little country town with supermarket so easy to get your own supplies for cooking in the well equipped kitchen. High up on the hill with a good view of the harbour.
