The room was spacious and equipped with everything you could need. I must emphasize how highly I rate the host, Massimo. He was always ready to help, with his responses being practically immediate. Moreover, after each room cleaning (upon request), the host would restock the fridge with complimentary beverages, as well as tea, coffee sachets, and sweets. The apartment's location was just near the city center, in a quiet part of town, yet well-connected by buses. I am very satisfied with my stay at this place and would gladly return.

We absolutely loved our short stay at Sant'Eufemia 30. Hosts were so accommodating, helped us find parking, checked us in easily and were really clear in all communication. The building itself is in a wonderful location in the historic center of Modena - a couple blocks away from the Duomo, with lots of cute shops and restaurants all around. The apartment is really beautiful - nicely designed and decorated. All the amenities of a boutique hotel with a homey feel. Super comfortable bed. Air conditioning was perfect on the hot August day we arrived. Hosts generously provided water, sodas, coffee/tea, some snacks, breakfast vouchers at nearby cafes. While we did not use the small kitchenette, it was nicely appointed. Nice bath/body products provided. Loved all the small touches like the stationary and the bespoke guidebook to Modena. We would happily stay with Francesca again!

Comfortable and clean, equipped with style and it’s functional, air conditioned, everything we needed was there. Beds were comfortable and spacious. Check in and out very easy. It’s in the beautiful center in Modena, but apartment is in quite building. You get the free parking with a card that owner put on the desk when you arrive. That’s a very good gesture. And the public parking it’s on a street next to the house. It’s not hard to find, just look at the pictures of the stay. There is entrance on one. But before that there is gate that you open with app. But be careful when you use navigation, ours guided us at the very end trough the area with limited traffic. You need to go on Viale Vittorio Veneto. Navigation took us on Corso Canalchiaro to the property. The host is very friendly, we actually didn’t meet him in person but he responded quickly when we needed him. And free nespresso capsules. I highly recommend this place

From the outset Simone was very helpful with the reservation and with additional details about the area. The location is just outside the historical city centre which is perfect. Modena itself is an amazing town and the restaurants are fantastic!

I have no words to describe my feelings about this short stay, not possible to evaluate gratitude to the apartment owner Giuseppe and his involvement in the process of making the stay completely comfortable in every aspect. I’ve chosen this place almost randomly and it was one of the best for more than thirty years of traveling. I would stay for a week or more, but the apartment was awaiting next guests.
