Very clean and roomy appartment which is fully equiped. The large balcony has a view to die for. The hosts are special and run it with their hearts. Even cookies and coffeecups are plenty ans refilled if you whishes.

Everything! Could not fault it! The entire hotel is simply stunning! More beautiful in real life. Service and staff are remarkable. They went over and above! All were very friendly and helpful! Cute litle appartment in a line of terrace houses 20 m from the lakeside, separated only by a line of pines. Fully equiped kitchen (maybe a sharp knife and a bigger pan would be nice to add) with a coffee mashine and a water boiler, AC everywhere, comfortable and spatious bedroom, spotless bathroom. Super nice host, ready to help you out or give advice at every moment. A large parking lot close by and a nice little terrace in front of the appartment. All in all a great stay, pictures don't do justice to the appartment inside!

After a miscommunication (on my part) we arrived at Terra Antica only to be told by another nice Guest, that check-in was a 6 min. drive away: at Terra Antica Resort. Once that was settled, the lovely host Briselda accompanied us back to the property, gave us a thorough introduction And wow, the location, with Montepulciano hilltop in the distance, the Grounds, the Fantastic Pool, and large, High-ceiling Rooms of the Unit: impressive. Great, fully stocked kitchen too, and our Ground floor unit had a large covered Veranda facing the countryside and the Town. amazing Vistas.

The staff was excellent and always available via WhatsApp. The location amd apartment was very clean, and the fact that the apartment came with basic staples like salt, pepper, olive oil,Balsamic vinegar, tea and coffee was thoughtful and smart to allow guests from avoiding purchasing these necessities. The breakfast was exceptional and had a huge spread of anything you could want. We used the sauna and turkish baths (dedicated for private use by reserving) and the jacuzzi in February and it was wonderful. The view is peaceful and perfect. Would highly recommend.

What a wonderful Residenza! Everything was clean, confortable. It is an very old house, palace, with old furniture, you can live like in a museum. Even a piano in the living room. Breakfast was amazing, with best quality cheese and charcuterie, tomatoes. And the best was pastry chef Donatella, the owner, who made excelent sweets, different, fresh every morning. Mr. Rafael was very helpful with informations, prenotations if you need. Parking in their yard, very conviniant. Thank you again.
