The place was nice and clean. There was a spacious parking area inside the property for the rental car. The area was close to the kite beach via walk (app 5 minutes). The kitchen had everything we needed to cook and eat nicely. The lower apartment has a nice spacious terrace and there is also a barbecue in the yard.
