The accommodation is part of an incredible villa built in the 1970s, which impresses at first sight with its grandeur. The annex is cozy and equipped with all the amenities described in the listing. The garden available to guests is spacious and beautiful, especially in the early mornings and late afternoons. The pool, accessible to guests, was particularly welcome during the hot days. Additionally, the property offers free parking, either on the street or within the estate, which was very convenient since we had our bikes with us. The area surrounding the villa and annex is very peaceful; throughout our stay, we enjoyed the constant soundtrack of birdsong and cicadas. The hostess was extremely hospitable, responsive, and always willing to help. Communication in English was not a problem at all. In terms of location, while not directly on Lake Garda, it's only about a 20-minute drive to towns like Desenzano or Sirmione, making it a convenient base for those who don't mind a short trip for lake views. Considering what this accommodation offers compared to others around Lake Garda, it's definitely an attractive alternative. Overall, our experience at Villa Caffetto Dépendance was delightful, thanks to the charm of the villa, the comfort of the annex, and the warmth of our hostess. We would highly recommend it to anyone looking for a peaceful retreat for two near Lake Garda.

Everything, it is wonderful, a real gem! This hotel should be used S the template for all hotels, I’ve travelled to 67 countries and this is the loveliest, most outstanding hotel I’ve had the pleasure of staying in. From the staff to the bedding, location, food, (breakfast was fantastic, so much choice and for me lots of Vegan options, soy milk, fruits, Berries, yogurts, even Vegan croissants, I was so happy. I loved the style and design of the building, the cleanliness throughout it was outstanding. Overall it was super comfortable and a joy to be there, sadly only two nights but we will go back many times I am certain.

The apartment had amazing facilities, we could have spent a lot longer there! It was spacious and incredibly clean. The shutters went down completely enabling you to totally black out the room which was very useful for sleeping or having a nap after a hot morning exploring! Luisa, the hostess was lovely, the location was superb, close to the station but within easy walking distance of the lake. We would definitely stay again!!!

I recently stayed at an apartment and it exceeded my expectations. The location was fantastic, right in the heart of the city, making it incredibly convenient to explore. The host was exceptionally kind and helpful throughout our stay, and I truly appreciate her hospitality. A magnificent cottage with a large outdoor area. Several spacious rooms on site. The owners are charming and do everything themselves, from growing the produce to serving it. It is possible to dine on site with homemade products. Everything is done with taste and everything is done to make the customer feel at home. It's idyllic. The proximity to Lake Garda is appreciated, 25 minutes by car to Simione. The estate has a large parking lot included in the price.

Good parking and great reception. We had a big family room with a balcony and lots of space. The swimming pool and served drinks were very nice. The top was the great wines and food served and made by the very friendly owner and her daughter. Local products and products from their own garden made our dinner a super experience. Also the breakfast was good. We recommend this location very much.
