The location, is slightly rural (which we liked), but transport links, supermarket, cafes, restaurants a short walk away. Our room is well decorated (as was most of the property), access was simple. The landlords were very, very helpful. The complimentary snacks are a great touch. Breakfast was great, and having access to the kitchen was a bonus.

The accommodation is a little in the suburbs but an hour by bus and metro from the Colosseum. Bus 515 or 551 and then Metro. Roma passes are perfect for transport. The area is quiet and peaceful, with shops and restaurants not far away. The owners are very nice and since I was just spending my birthday with my partner they surprised me by arranging it. I was very pleased. I will visit them again if I can! I highly recommend it to everyone!

The owner greeted on arrival. and was given a wonderful spacious quiet room with a small balcony and a great contemporary bath with excellent shower. Convenience of a dining breakfast room that offered self serve coffee and tea etc and all well thought out . There is conveniet piizza place and a restaurant 5 minutes walk away. The owner also so generously pre arranged to drive me to a very early AM departure at a very nominal fee.

We arrived and our room had a double bed rather than a single, so we were upgraded to the delux suite. The staff was very kind and accomodated our gluten free needs and were very quick to help with anything we asked for. I was even picked up from a station nearby upon request I really appreciated the hospitality of the staff, the grounds were very green and the building is beautiful.

We were a group of six family members and stayed twice at this place. The location is excellent — just about 7-10 minutes by bus from Ciampino Airport and only 400 meters from the train station to Roma Termini. There’s a large supermarket nearby and plenty of small local shops. The apartment was very clean, with new furniture and all the necessary supplies — everything you might need for a comfortable stay. After our first visit, we shared a few small suggestions, and the host kindly implemented them before our second stay, which we really appreciated. Highly recommended for small groups looking for a convenient and comfortable place near Ciampino Airport and with easy access to Rome.

Perfectly situated for the airport, shuttle bus and train station. The apartment was spotless. The owner also couldn’t do enough for us with information regarding the apartment and how to find it, transport links etc. it made our stay such an easy one. Can’t thank her enough.

I stayed there for a night. It was one of the cleanest guest house I've ever been to - it was like a 5-star hotel service. Exceptional tidiness and a really comfy bed and pillows, I had a great sleep. The quality of the items (shower, coffee machine, hairdryer) and furniture in the room was great. The communication and instructions were easy. Easiest 5-star ever. The airport bus station to CIA and the train station to Rome are 10-15 minutes away by walk. The bus ride to the CIA is only 10min and the train to Rome takes 15 minutes. It's dead easy. P.S. A bit irrelevant, but I really loved the sliding door to the bathroom.

    Good quality stay. Drive to the airport is 5 minutes. Found a street parking right in front of the apartment. We arrived late, around 11 pm to the apartment and Christos came to give us the keys. He was very professional and friendly. It was lovely to speak with him.

    Good free parking was available. It was very clean and felt secure. It is located within walking distance of Ciampino rail station which is a 15 minute journey time to Rome Termini. Check in is 2pm which is earlier than some places and there is 24 hour reception. Would definitely return.

    Easy to find, good location, quiet street and free parking a bonus. Good sized room and both it and the bathroom were exceptionally clean. Great to have the little kitchen and be able to use the fridge, hob, pans, plates and cutlery.

    It was located a short walk from restaurant / bar / cafe and had a large air conditioned room for us which was ideal in the heat of a Rome suburb. Next to Ciampino Airport it is handy for the main orbital motorway for the city and therefore accessible for whatever you want to do or visit. The staff were friendly and spoke english Being in the heart of town car parking is at a premium but we were able to park our car each night with the help of the staff.
