The property is located in a stunning setting. The interior design of the property was amazing, very much a home from home. We also ate in the restaurant which was one of the best meals we had during our holiday. Matteo the owner was very attentive and couldn’t do enough. 10/10!!!

It’s a beautiful property in a stunning location. It’s been restored to a very high standard and is very comfortable, clean and well presented. Couldn’t fault it. The couple looking after it were kindness itself. Helpful and friendly.

I love the ambiance of the place, the interior design, the beddings and eco-friendly toileteries and the staff was super friendly. Would definitely recommend staying here even though it is a bit of a drive to the next bigger town. Its also not too far from Bologna airport.

Claudio and Annalisa are amazing hosts. It was hot, so the pool offered welcome relief. We were made to feel welcome from the first minute. Loved the balsamic tour. Evening with dinner and music under the olive trees was quite something. Don't forget to visit the stunning town of Castelvetro di Modena

Every little detail of the house and its rooms is chosen with a great taste of style. The hosts are fantastic people, very helpful and kind.     We loved our host, Tiziano who showered us with warm hospitality. He had time, made sure we had everything we needed and was keen for conversation. The room was spacious and well equipped. There was parking, which I think we had to pay for but it was secure. We also loved Beatrice the boxer dog who is so soft, gentle and soppy.
