Beautiful, clean, spacious. The air conditioning worked perfectly 😊 Alongside a river in a peaceful neighbourhood with private parking in a gated area or in the road outside. The owner was brilliant at explaining everything and if there was any issue, he was easy to contact. An alarm went off and the power went off(due to an overload), but he showed us where to sort it instantly.

Hotel Orcagna is around 20 minutes walk from the main attractions but it's in a very nice area with many restaurants and shops. The hotel is very clean with a good breakfast and a small patio where you can have your coffee in the garden. The staff Micaela and Christina are always ready to help with everything and they make you feel home away from home. Definitely would recommend it.

Near every maseaure attractions (30 minutes walk) but we take the bike which is around 10 minute Beautiful decor, modern yet it gave off tuscan vibes. Antiques everywhere and gorgeous details. Also the room we stayed in has breathtakingviewsw over the river. If you want tuscan experience, close to main attractions and excellent value, stay in this hotel. Ask them for bikes, shuttle rides, and concierge on WhatsApp

Great authentic cozy appartment nearby Florence. Equipped with all necessary staf. Really comfortable to explore Florence. The host was amazing, provided us with city maps, instructions about parking, marked all key sights. Vividly described the sity tour and where to eat during it. Provided us with all necessary places to visit during our furhter rout across Italy. She really loves Italy and can talk about it for a long time. Very pleasant homemade welcom gifts were given Free parking on the territory. The only dissapointment that we stayed only for one night. There are much more to see for a longer period. Pay attention that there is no AC only fans, if it is too hot ouside.
