We loved our stay at La Tana Rooms! The location is beautiful, with a nice terrace to enjoy the breakfast. The room was very comfortable, especially with the air-conditioning (it was very hot during our stay)!! We definitely recommend this accommodation when visiting lake Como.

Lenno is an excellent place to base yourself on the lake as it is halfway up and is a stop for the high speed ferry, but not heaving with tourists due to being smaller (unlike Bellagio or Varenna). The villa is a 7 minute walk from the Lenno ferry which is perfect. The villa also has covered parking if you wanted to drive. There is a cafe on the opposite side of the street, and restaurants 2 minutes walk away and a grocery shop 5 minutes away (we loved getting a takeaway pizza and eating it on the shore of the lake). The villa really is a perfect location! Yes, it does have a position on a road with traffic, but this was not a problem for us, there is less traffic at night, and the bedrooms are all at the back of the building away from the road side. We stayed 4 nights and wish we stayed longer! It is a villa made up of 3 apartments and we were on the top floor, meaning that our balcony had a view of the lake <3 We loved the pool and outdoor space, and it is only shared with the other apartments (max 2 other couples). The hospitality was excellent. The villa is not brand new, but it is authentic Italian. Make sure you bring cash to pay the air conditioning charge, and the tourist tax (otherwise there is an ATM right next door at the bank, but will charge international fees). Also if you like hiking/walking, the greenway di Como Lago passes right behind the house and is a beautiful walk through the hills/along lakeside!

We liked everything, too bad our stay was short. It is a lovely space, equipped with all you need, clean, confortable and nicely decorated. You have a parking spot indoor and an elevator to reach level 0 for your stay. The host is very kind and helpful, Iele gave us some great suggestions of pastry shops and places to eat. The view is amazing, the jacuzzy is a treat and the garden is beautiful. We will be back here for sure!

Booked this at short notice and it worked out perfectly. Wasn't in the apartment too long but it was comfortable and clean and had all the bits you would want. Lenno is a little quieter than other villages around Como but a perfect stop for a night or 2. What really made the trip though was Elena our hostess. She was great for communicating beforehand. She then met us at the bus stop which was close and walked us to the apartment and showed us around and then on check out kindly let us keep our bags there while we went to the villa which was so handy. Thanks again Elena!

Hosts were exceptional...they go beyond to care for their guests. We had car problems and they were very understanding and accommodating ! Wished we had more time at this wonderful accommodation, to further experience it's fabulous onsite restaurant and private beach across the street with beautiful mountain views overlooking Bellagio. The hosts have been very friendly at all times. They have taken care of our check-in and have helped us every time we had doubts. The place is beautiful, large, ideal for families or friends because it has large common spaces and rooms as well. It has a very nice park and a fully equipped kitchen to cook if you wish.     We chose to stay near Villa Balbianello for our daughter’s wedding paying extra to secure parking Walking to Hotel Tremezzo was about 50 minutes and there’s only 1 taxi servicing the area. Great to be near the old town with a fab little patisserie up the road. Serviced daily and comfortable bed. Staff went out of their way to be helpful.

    The property located in the quiet town of Lenno. There was plenty of free parking and very good restaurants nearby. We had a fantastic view of the lake from our room too. The room was fresh and very clean - had all what was required for a very comfortable stay. We were greeted by the very friendly staff and given good recommendations on restaurants options and things to do. We would love to be back again!
