Excellent hospitality. Pierfransesco and Laura were helpful and happy. Coffee or tea and cookies available every morning for self service. Laura even helped us when my girlfriend had an accident and had to go to the hospital, she advised us a lot. Nomentana is a good quiet location on the outskirts of Rome, with usually available parking spots, for those that will rent a car.

The location is perfect if one wants to visit the Villa d'Este or/and Villa Adriana. There are delicious and friendly staffed coffeeshops as well as restaurants closeby. It's possible to park on the grounds and the highway is super close which makes it perfect if you are traveling and only stopping shortly to recharge. Our host has been perfect!

A true paradise in Rome! 🌿✨ The villa is surrounded by lush greenery and the sound of birdsong, creating an atmosphere of peace and relaxation. The location is perfect – just a short walk to the metro, and in no time you are in the very heart of Rome. Everything was absolutely spotless, the rooms are spacious and comfortable, and the bathroom is modern and sparkling clean. There is also a fully equipped kitchen, plus a fridge and air conditioning in the room – everything you need for a perfect stay. The host is exceptionally kind, welcoming, and attentive. We planned to stay only 2 nights, but it was so wonderful that we extended our stay, and the host even upgraded us to a room with a beautiful terrace at no extra cost. It was simply unforgettable! 💖 I would recommend this villa as the most comfortable and magical place to stay in Rome.⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️✅

We had a wonderful experience!The room was exactly as shown in the pictures,very clean,comfortable,and beautifully furnished with new and modern pieces that made it feel just like home. The shower was also spotless and modern that added to the overall comfort.A special thanks to Mr.Milaad for his warm hospitality and great cooperation throughout our stay.The location is another highlight just a short walk from Rebibbia metro station,making it easy to get around. I highly recommend this place for anyone visiting this city.

    We really liked how quiet it was on the top floor. Very clean. Nice private parking behind gate. Very convenient for driving east from Rome. Easy to get food all day long, especially pizza. Large kitchen.

    The location of the house was optimal for a trip to Rome, it was on a quiet street, plenty of parking, and easy roads towards the centre of Rome. The house was very clean and organised, me and my family were very happy and comfortable here and will definitely come again on another trip to the city. Great views from the balcony too!
