I loved the fact there was a communal kitchen, accessible at any time! The facilities were spotless and so was my room! They kindly made me a yummy breakfast sandwich, due to my ridiculously early check-out. And what a lovely touch to have a basket of sweets, placed in my room 😋 to munch on!

We had a great time. Michaela warmly welcomed us and made sure that we have everything we need. The space is perfectly organized so you’ll have a dreamy vacation, with an amazing views surrounding the property. It was a great location to explore the area, parts of Tuscany and coastal towns. Then return to relax and sit by the pool. The staff were very helpful for recommendations and the local town had great restaurants and gelato. The breakfast buffet was incredible and on our last day when we had to collect our daughter early from Rome they made us breakfast very early.

    We had a wonderful week-long stay here. Quiet and peaceful, and perfectly located to explore the Maremma region of Tuscany. Clean and comfortable room, private parking. There is a small fridge in the room. And a supermarket nearby. I must mention the outstanding breakfast. Freshly baked bread, homemade cakes and jams, delicious cheese, etc. Elisa, the manager, was very welcoming, friendly, helpful, and kind, providing lots of helpful tips. Highly recommend!
